How To Use GcMAF Yogurt

Most people will want to start off slowly as the Gcmaf containing yogurt it very high in probiotics and may cause stomach discomfort if consumed in large amounts at the beginning. It is best to start off with a smaller amount and increase amount used daily.

1 teaspoon of yogurt is a good starting point for many and then build up to a desired level.

The benefits from using gcmaf yogurt come both from the 42+ bacteria and yeast complex and the noble proteins produced via fermentation of the colostrum with the bacteria that will naturally produce powerful immune-stimulant molecules by allowing bacteria to proliferate and naturally produce immune-stimulant molecules such as Lactoferrins, immunoglobulins and GcMaf.

The recommended dose for an adult with chronic health issues including cancer, chronic fatigue and gut issues is to start with a 5ml dose one or more times daily then increase this amount by 5ml per day to 100ml or 150ml per day. This dose depends on the individual.

Consume: 50 to 125 mls (3 to 8 tablespoons) daily.

As a Cosmetic: Rub onto skin and leave on the face for 30 minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water.

As an Enema: For a 75Kg adult. Mix 20-25ml (1 to 2 tbsp) of yogurt with 20-25ml (1 to 2 tbsp) of 0.9% saline solution for use as an enema. Try to retain as long as possible. This can be used every day if no side effects. Note: A saline solution of 0.9% is the same concentration as body fluids (1 litre of water to 9 grams of sodium chloride).

The gcmaf yogurt should be kept in the refrigerator and should be used within 2 weeks after being made up.

The gcmaf yogurt kit should be stored in the refrigerator and used within 12 months of purchase.
